The short version Taglark reads your store’s orders, customers and products to decide which tags to add or remove, and writes only tags. We keep store event data for 30 days and the activity log for 90 days, then delete it. We don’t sell data, show ads or use your store data to train AI models. When you uninstall, Shopify tells us to erase your store’s data 48 hours later, and we do.

Taglark is made by MRT Soft (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, write to support@taglark.com.
For data about your customers, you, the merchant, decide why it is processed and we process it on your behalf, following your instructions and this policy.
2. What we collect
Your store accountStore domain and name, the shop’s contact email, time zone, language and currency, and the Shopify session that lets the app act for your store.
Store recordsOrders, customers, products, inventory, fulfillments, returns and disputes that the workflows you create need to read. We change only their tags.
Your customers’ dataOrder and customer events include names, email addresses, shipping addresses and order history. We use them only to evaluate your workflows.
Workflows and activityThe workflows you build, each run’s result (record name, conditions checked, tags changed) and daily counts for your dashboard and usage.
Emails we send youDelivery and open status of service emails, and your email preferences.
Messages you send usWhat you write in the contact form or by email, so we can reply.
This website sets no tracking cookies. It remembers your light or dark choice in your browser only.
3. How we use it
To run your workflows and write the tags they call for; to show you the activity log, dashboard and usage; to bill your plan through Shopify; to send you service emails (run results, quota and plan notices) and, if you allow them, product updates; to answer your messages; and to keep the service secure and fix problems.

5. Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that run the service for us, under contracts that limit them to that purpose:

We may disclose data if the law requires it. We never sell personal information or share it for advertising.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Merchants can write to us directly. Shoppers should contact the store they bought from; when the store asks through Shopify, we answer data requests and delete that customer’s data from Taglark.
7. Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Shopify webhooks are verified before we process them. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. Where it leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
