1. The service
Taglark is a Shopify app that adds and removes tags on your store’s orders, customers and products according to workflows you create. By installing it you accept these terms on behalf of your store.
2. Your store and access
You install Taglark through Shopify and grant it the permissions shown during installation. You are responsible for the workflows you create and for the tags they write, and for using the app in line with Shopify’s terms.
3. Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed through your Shopify invoice in USD, monthly or yearly, and include a 7-day free trial the first time a store starts that plan. Extra records are one-time purchases. Plan changes take effect as described in the app. Charges already billed are not refunded except where the law requires.
4. Usage limits
Each plan includes a number of tagged records per billing period. When a store reaches its limit, further tag changes wait or are skipped as described on the pricing page until the next period or a purchase of extra records.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Taglark to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, or to overload, probe or reverse engineer the service.
6. Your data
Your store data stays yours. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Taglark running but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted. Shopify outages or API limits can delay workflows. We may change or improve features and will tell you about changes that reduce what your plan includes.
8. Warranty and liability
Taglark is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Ending the service
You can uninstall Taglark at any time. We may suspend a store that breaks these terms. After uninstall, your data is erased as described in the Privacy policy.
